Viral Patel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Viral is currently working at SELECCIÓN Consulting as the VP - Emerging Technologies & Service Delivery. Prior to this, they were employed at Lumen Technologies as the Sr. Director - Retail Fashion & Google Cloud Solutions, Global Delivery. Viral also held the position of Director - Retail / Consumer Industries & Technology Solutions, Global Delivery at CenturyLink. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at companies like Tapestry, SEAL Consulting Inc, Schwans, HP, Luxottica, PetSmart, and TravelCenters of America, holding various roles such as Retail Lead & Client Delivery Executive, Director - SAP Retail and Technology Solutions, SAP Solution Architect, HANA Consultant, Solution Architect, and Technical Lead.

Viral Patel completed their Master's degree in Information Technology & Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce from M.S. University from 1997 to 1999. In addition, they have also received a certificate for completing the MIT Professional Education Digital Programs course on Internet of Things: Roadmap to a Connected World from edX.
