Charlotte Mott has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Charlotte began their career as an Audit Trainee at Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP in 2000 and progressed to the role of Audit Senior. Following this, they worked as Treasury & SOX Manager and Group Accountant at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. During their time there, they managed the initial SOX404 documentation and implemented system improvements while also overseeing the treasury department.
In 2006, Charlotte joined O2 (Telefónica UK) as a Finance Manager, where they were responsible for preparing accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for operational costs and capital expenditures. Charlotte also played a key role in setting up a Joint Venture.
In 2012, they took a sabbatical from O2 to become the Interim Managing Director of Hydro-Lek Ltd, a family business. During their tenure, they successfully managed the sale of the business to a leading company in the Subsea industry.
After returning to O2, Charlotte held the role of Accounting Manager at UL, where they managed accounting functions for multiple sites across various countries. Charlotte'sresponsibilities included accounting, cash management, financial reporting, statutory filing, tax compliance, and payroll.
In 2018, they joined Data Select as the Head of Finance, working closely with the CEO and other directors to lead the business. Charlotte led a team of 12 and had ownership of key relationships with banks and major suppliers.
From 2019 to 2023, Charlotte worked as the Head of Finance at Envisage Dental. In this role, they had complete responsibility for day-to-day finance operations, cash management, and statutory reporting requirements. Charlotte also led the development of accounting policies, processes, tools, and resources while overseeing post-acquisition finance integration.
Most recently, Charlotte is scheduled to join Select Car Leasing in 2023 as the Head of Finance.
Charlotte Mott started their education journey in 1996 when they attended the University of Brighton. Charlotte pursued a BSC in Business & Technology with a specialization in International Business. This program lasted for four years until 2000.
During the same time period, from 1996 to 2000, they also attended the Pole Universitaire Leonard de Vinci in Paris. Here, they pursued a Diplome de Gestion et de la Technologie with a focus on Technology - Manufacturing/Operations Management.
In 2000, Charlotte Mott joined the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Charlotte completed a program that granted their the title of Fellow (FCA). The field of study for this degree is not specified.
