Evan Guillemin

Evan Guillemin is a Principal at Select Equity Group, where responsibilities include serving as Director of Research and Associate Portfolio Manager, along with being a member of the Management Committee since 2004. Additionally, Evan holds director positions on the boards of Bremont Watch Company and Mesa Laboratories, Inc., where Evan previously chaired the Audit Committee, and served as a director at Shake Shack, overseeing the Chair Compensation Committee and participating in the Audit Committee. Evan is also a Trustee for the Vera Institute of Justice and serves as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician with Ridgewood Volunteer Ambulance Corps since 2020. Previous experience includes roles as COO of Delias Inc., CFO of dELiA*s, Director of Acquisitions at K-III Communications, and a position in marketing at the New York Observer. Evan earned an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Biology from Yale University, along with a foundational education at Milton Academy.
