Carleen Gelofsack Pt

Carleen Gelofsack PT, DPT, is an experienced Rehabilitation Manager at Regency Hospital Cleveland West, overseeing multidisciplinary rehabilitation services since July 2012, with prior experience as a Lead Physical Therapist in the same setting. Carleen has also worked as a Physical Therapist PRN at University Hospitals of Cleveland and provided treatment for acutely ill patients at UH Geauga Medical Center.
