Erica Hill

Erica Hill has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Erica started their career at Select Medical in 2009 as a Senior HR/Benefits Coordinator, where they were responsible for benefit administration, HR policies, and special projects. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Research Analyst, focusing on data management and reporting for the clinical quality data of the company's long-term acute care hospitals. In 2016, Erica became a Manager of Health Analytics, where they utilized data analysis to promote safety and quality of care in Select Medical's specialty hospital divisions. Erica then progressed to the role of Director of Health Analytics in 2020, overseeing the analytics department. Recently, in 2022, Erica took on the role of Chief Administrative Officer at the Select Medical Patient Safety and Quality Institute. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Quality, Safety, and Performance Improvement at Select Medical.

Erica Hill earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Juniata College in 2009. In 2014, they completed their education with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Administration from Penn State University.
