Kurt Streepy

Kurt Streepy started their work experience in 2001 at Select Medical, where they held the position of Senior Vice President of Pharmacy. Kurt joined the Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy in 2014 and served as a Member of the Board of Directors until 2016.

Kurt Streepy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, which they completed in 2016. Kurt also holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from Butler University, which they obtained between 1993 and 1998. In addition to their degrees, Kurt Streepy has obtained certifications as a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist in 2013 and as a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist in 2011, both from the BPS - Board of Pharmacy Specialties.
