Rebecca Nucilli has held various human resources positions throughout their career. Rebecca started at West Virginia University Hospitals-East in 2002 as the Vice President of Human Resources and stayed in that role until 2009. In 2010, they became the Director of Human Resources at Rockingham Memorial Hospital before moving on to Shenandoah Telecommunications Company later that year. At Shenandoah Telecommunications Company, Nucilli served as the Human Resources Director until 2019. In 2019, they joined Select Medical as the Regional Human Resources Director.
Rebecca Nucilli, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Charleston in 2004. Additionally, they received the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in 2020.
