Lane Radford has a long history of experience in the human resources and insurance field. Lane began their career in 1987 as an Insurance Benefits Marketing & Sales at Blue Cross Blue Shield of the National Capitol Area. In 1994, they moved to Franey, Parr & Associates as an Insurance Benefits Broker. In 1998, they began working as a Human Resources & Insurance Consultant. In 2008, they began working at Ocala Family Physicians as a Human Resources Business Administrator. In 2014, they began working at Southeast Milk Inc, where they worked in various roles, including Assistant HR Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Director of Human Resources. In 2022, they moved to Select Milk Producers, where they currently serve as the Director of Human Resources.
Lane Radford attended the College of Central Florida and obtained degrees in Human Resources Administration, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, and e-Commerce Operations, all within the field of Business Administration and Organizational Management.
