Ryan Caldwell has over 16 years of experience in the construction and accommodations sectors, currently serving as the Site Solutions Business Steam Leader at Select Plant Hire since July 2007. In this role, responsible for managing a £35m turnover division encompassing accommodation, hoarding, security, and temporary electrics, Caldwell has developed expertise in designing and implementing temporary services and infrastructure for UK construction projects. Previous roles include Accommodation Manager, where responsibilities involved overseeing onsite installations and managing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, and Site Solutions Coordinator, focusing on creating cohesive offerings for Laing ORourke. Before Select Plant Hire, Caldwell worked as an Advertising Sales Manager at Proactive Publications Limited and as an Area Sales Manager at The IML Group, managing sales in various fast-paced environments. Educational qualifications include A Levels in English and German from St John Rigby School.
