Lauren St Germain, CCC-SLP/L, MBA, currently serves as a Regional Clinical Manager at Select Rehabilitation, overseeing $50 million in revenue and managing 1,000 employees across seven states and 150 sites since November 2020. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Regional Program Director at REHABCARE KINDRED, where management of over $3 million in revenue for nine sites was essential. Lauren's earlier experience includes working as a Speech Language Pathologist at LUCID SPEECH AND LANGUAGE CLINIC, INC. and REHABCARE KINDRED, providing comprehensive evaluations and creating individualized treatment plans.
