Cheryl Marti, MS, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in the field of cattle and technology. Cheryl is currently working as a Data Services Product Manager at Select Sires Inc., where they lead the development of data services to improve customer service and revolutionize the business through innovation and research management.

Before that, Cheryl owned and operated their own consulting business, Cheryl Marti Enterprises, LLC. Through their consultancy, they provided services to cattle and technology businesses, as well as dairy operations. Cheryl'sexpertise included marketing, product development, business development, dairy herd management, and technical support. Cheryl worked with multiple clients, including TransOva Genetics and Watson Animal Sciences, contributing to strategy, marketing, and product development in areas such as genetics, reproduction, and animal husbandry.

Cheryl also has experience as a Dairy Cattle Co-owner at Olmar Farms (formerly Marti Holsteins). In this role, they made decisions regarding the management of dairy cattle and developed a database to track the herd's history.

Prior to their consultancy and co-ownership roles, Cheryl worked in various positions at Cargill, Zoetis, Pfizer, and ABS Global. At Cargill, they served as a Business Development Manager, evaluating new products and project opportunities in health and technologies. At Zoetis, they held roles such as Associate Director and Senior Marketing Manager, where they developed and executed marketing plans for dairy genetics and reproductive products. At Pfizer, they worked as a Dairy Production Specialist, Territory Manager, and Fresh Cow Reproduction Manager, focusing on selling pharmaceutical products and programs to improve cow health and reproduction.

Earlier in their career, Cheryl worked at ABS Global as a Research Analyst, analyzing research projects related to bovine reproduction, marketing, and genetics. Additionally, they served as the Genetic Management System (Marketing) Manager, where they were responsible for strategic analysis, planning, and promotion of the GMS program globally.

Cheryl's work experiences demonstrate their expertise in areas such as genetics, reproduction, big data, nutrition, and animal health. Cheryl has a strong background in marketing, product development, and business strategy, and has successfully contributed to the growth and success of various organizations in the cattle and technology industry. Cheryl Marti is currently seeking new opportunities within their areas of interest, either as a consultant or a full-time employee.

Cheryl Marti, MS, MBA, holds a Master of Science degree with an emphasis in Dairy Science - Genetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, they have obtained an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, with a double emphasis in Management and Marketing. Cheryl Marti's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota, where they also minored in Technical Communications.

In terms of certifications, Cheryl Marti has completed the Innovation Fundamentals Masterclass and the Strategic Pricing Bootcamp, both offered by Cargill in 2021. Cheryl also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Vector International, obtained in February 2020.
