Herby Lutz began their work experience as a Dairy Farmer at Sunny Day Farm in 1984 and remained in this position until 2001. Herby then joined the American Jersey Cattle Association as the Manager-Jersey Marketing Service from September 2001 to August 2008. Since September 2008, Herby has been working at Select Sires Inc. as a Dairy Sire Analyst.
From 1988 to 1992, Herby Lutz attended Clemson University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science.
