Sophia Wilkins, PT, DPT, is a seasoned physical therapist with extensive experience across various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a PRN Physical Therapist at EmpowerMe Wellness and Reunion Rehabilitation Hospitals since 2024, and at Select Specialty Hospital since 2016, Sophia excels in optimizing patient care through effective communication with healthcare professionals and supervision of PT Assistants. Previous roles include providing comprehensive physical therapy services at Team Select Home Care, where expertise in OASIS assessments was developed.
