Nidhi Singh has worked in the Human Resources field since 2008. Nidhi began their career as a Talent Acquisition Executive at 360 Degrees HR Consulting Services. In 2012, they moved to Tapi Pretressed as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. In 2017, they were HR Manager at Mahindra silver jubilee motors limited. In 2018, they were promoted to Head of HR at Balason Infrastructure Solutions Pvt Ltd. In 2021, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at AAIS Global. Currently, they are HR Manager at SelectHub.

Nidhi Singh has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Graphic Era Deemed University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2008. Nidhi also attended Krishna Niketan.
