Ana M. Holgado

Ana M. Holgado is the current Director of People at Triangle Solutions RRHH. Ana has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic planning, communications, and implementation.

Holgado began their career in 1998 as the Responsable de Administración de Recursos Humanos en la sección de Outsourcing for Accenture España. In this role, they were responsible for the administration of HR resources and the development of outsourcing strategies. Ana then moved to CAP GEMINI ERNST&YOUNG (TMN) in 2001, where they became the Responsable de Administración de Recursos Humanos y de Desarrollo. In this role, they were responsible for HR administration and development, as well as the establishment and implementation of incentive programs.

In 2004, Holgado took on the role of Responsable de Recursos Humanos Madrid for INDRA BMB. In this role, they were responsible for labor relations and personnel administration, as well as the design and implementation of career plans. Ana also oversaw the evaluation of employee performance and the creation of a positive work environment.

From 2006 to present, Holgado has been with GRUPO CRISTIAN LAY, first as the Responsable de RRHH Desarrollo Corporativo, and then as the Director of People. In their current role, they are responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of HR procedures for the company's Spanish operations. Ana has also been instrumental in developing communication plans and auditing procedures.

Ana M. Holgado attended Universidad de Alcalá, where they earned a CC Economicas degree. Ana then went on to earn a Master en DIRECCIÓN ESTRATÉGICA DE RECURSOS HUMANOS from Escuela de Organización Industrial. Finally, Ana M. Holgado completed a Curso de EXPERTO EN RELACIONES LABORALES, NÓMINAS Y SEGUROS SOCIALES (200h) from LEARNING.
