Adrienne Norgrove

Adrienne Norgrove is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Selective Insurance since February 2017, Norgrove specializes in providing strategic HR consultation and implementing talent management initiatives. Prior to this role, Norgrove held various key HR positions at Ingredion Incorporated, including Senior Manager of Human Resources and HR Manager, where leadership was provided to the North American Commercial team. Norgrove's career includes serving as Human Resources Director at Lycamobile, HR Generalist at Bohler Engineering, and HR Specialist at AIG, among others. Norgrove holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of South Carolina.
