Matt Young

Matt Young has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an IT Sr. Business Analyst at Selective Insurance since September 2005. Matt has held multiple leadership roles, including Sr. Claims Business Analyst, Auto Claims Supervisor, and Fire and Theft Specialist, where responsibilities included leading teams of claims adjusters, fostering engagement and innovation, and ensuring exemplary customer service while upholding high professional and ethical standards. Prior to Selective Insurance, Matt worked as a Claims Representative at Progressive Insurance from 2004 to 2005. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Old Dominion University and an Associate in Science in IT from Richard Bland College.
