Operations & Management

The Operations & Management team at the Selective Service System oversees the registration process for eligible individuals, ensures the efficient operation of procedures for providing personnel to the Department of Defense, and coordinates alternative service options for conscientious objectors. The team also manages day-to-day functions and implements strategic initiatives to maintain readiness in the event of a national emergency.
