Joe Monnett

Joe Monnett is an experienced professional in program and project management, currently serving as Program Director at Selective Site Consultants, Inc. since April 2019. In this role, Joe oversees subcontractors and self-perform construction teams, while also managing permitting, zoning, and environmental requirements for large-scale projects. Previously, Joe held positions at Black & Veatch as Engineering Program Manager, where leadership was provided for planning and construction of Verizon’s One Fiber network, and as Market Manager, where over 3,000 LTE projects were implemented for AT&T in Missouri and Kansas. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Director at Mobilitie, where a project team was developed for organizational objectives, and as Manager of Corporate Strategy at Sprint, focusing on market readiness for wireless services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University.
