Esti Ness

Esti Ness is an Associate at Selendy Gay Elsberg PLLC since October 2022, previously holding the position of Law Clerk at the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as a Summer Associate at Selendy & Gay PLLC and as a Legal Intern at Lincoln Square Legal Services Inc., where representation of parents challenging the New York City Department of Education’s decisions on special education was a key responsibility. Additional internships include roles at Day One New York, conducting research on family law and assisting with client cases, and as a Research Assistant for Professor Clare Huntington at Fordham University School of Law, focusing on foster care placements. Earlier experiences include a summer internship at Queens County Supreme Court, a fellowship with the Organization for the Resolution of Agunot, and an internship with The Jewish Link. Esti Ness holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Queens College, graduating summa cum laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
