Jason Rivera

Jason Rivera has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Jason currently holds two positions at Selendy Gay Elsberg PLLC, serving as the Director of Finance and Accounting since January 2023 and previously as the Assistant Controller since December 2021.

Before joining Selendy Gay Elsberg PLLC, Jason worked at Kobre & Kim as the Senior Global Accounting Manager from August 2018. In this role, they were responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, tax filings, and staff development.

Prior to their time at Kobre & Kim, Jason worked at Chromalloy, where they held multiple roles. Jason served as the Financial Shared Services Project Team Lead from August 2017 to August 2018, overseeing the implementation of a shared services team for transaction and document processing. Jason also worked as the Accounting Manager from December 2015 to August 2017, managing accounting functions and providing analysis and reporting to support senior management's decision-making process.

Jason began their career at Harris Corporation in 2006, where they held the role of Associate Manager Accounting. Jason centralized the accounting function for multiple business units and developed training techniques to ensure high-quality service to internal customers.
