Angela Kelly is an experienced training and development professional with a robust background in operations management and corporate training. Currently serving as the Operations Training & Development Manager at Selene Finance LP since June 2022 and as a Corporate Trainer II at U.S. Bank since October 2017, Angela focuses on designing and delivering impactful employee readiness and professional development training, implementing strategies that emphasize Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and measuring training effectiveness through key performance indicators.
