Rosalie Taylor-Robinson Sphr

Rosalie Taylor-Robinson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rosalie is currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of People Operations at Selene Finance LP, where they are responsible for leading the People Operations division. Prior to this, they founded RTR People, LLC, a consulting firm that provided executive coaching and strategic HR support to medium and small businesses. Rosalie also has experience as the Vice President of Human Resources and Interim CHRO at Motorsport Aftermarket Group, Inc. (MAG), where they oversaw the HR team and served as an officer of all 6 MAG entities. Additionally, they established a successful consulting and coaching business called Consilium Human Capital, specializing in HR services for start-ups and small businesses. Rosalie has held senior HR positions at companies like ADT Security Services, Terremark, Brinker International, Circuit City, and The Dial Corporation. Their expertise lies in areas such as organization design, staffing, policy development, executive coaching, and total rewards programs. Rosalie is recognized for their ability to make strategic HR decisions based on data and industry-specific compliance needs.

Rosalie Taylor-Robinson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies & Executive Coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology at Stony Brook University in 1986.

In terms of additional certifications, Rosalie obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and SHRM-SCP certifications from SHRM in June 2020. Rosalie also received the Duolingo French Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) certification from Duolingo in December 2015. Furthermore, they achieved the PCC certification from the International Coach Federation in December 2015. Rosalie holds the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in July 2014, January 2008, and June 2019.
