Ross Berridge began their work experience in 2011 at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd, where they held multiple roles including Recruitment Consultant and Senior Consultant. In these positions, they managed recruitment needs for various clients and provided leadership to a team of consultants.
In 2014, Berridge joined Archant as a New Business Development Executive, later transitioning to the role of Digital Marketing Consultant and then Account Director. During their time at Archant, they played a key role in the company's marketing and business development efforts.
In 2022, Berridge joined Selesti as a Client Growth Director, where they continue to work with clients to drive growth and further develop the business.
Ross Berridge attended the University of Central Lancashire from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Music Production. Their field of study was focused on Music Production.
