Ndinda Mbugua

Ndinda Mbugua is an experienced creative professional in the apparel industry, currently serving as Creative Director at Self Esteem - All Access Apparel, Inc. since November 2021. Previously, Ndinda held the position of Design Director at 2253 Apparel, Inc. and Topson Downs, where responsibilities included collaboration with CAD, graphic design, and product development teams for major retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Nordstrom. Ndinda's career began as a Designer at SMINC, specializing in girls' clothing lines. Throughout the years, Ndinda has also demonstrated leadership by hiring and training new employees in the design and development process.
