Traci Elder has extensive experience in various marketing and strategy roles. Traci currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Self Esteem Brands, LLC, where they are responsible for the marketing and brand strategies for Studio brands such as Basecamp Fitness, The Bar Method, and Waxing the City. Traci'sachievements include leading brand refreshes for all three brands, driving growth in Waxing the City, achieving full franchisee participation in the Bar Method advertising campaign, and reducing cost per lead for the Bar Method through differentiated brand expression and creative testing. Prior to their current role, Traci held positions at Little & Company as the VP of New Business and Strategy, and at Best Buy where they served as the Director of Customer Experience Design, Marketing, and Operations for Best Buy Connect. Traci also worked as a Strategy Manager for Geek Squad and as a Product Manager for Home Theater Install. Traci's earlier experience includes managerial roles at PreVisor and Accenture, where they worked in project management, consulting, and IT integration.

Traci Elder attended Concordia College from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Spanish. During the same period, they obtained a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from Concordia College as well. In 1999, they also completed a Spanish Language Certification program at the University of Navarra.
