Pamela L. Bell

Pamela L. Bell currently serves as the City Executive and VP at Self-Help Federal Credit Union since May 2020, focusing on business development, community economic development, and financial services to enhance the Milwaukee Regional footprint. Prior to this role, Pamela held various positions at BMO Harris Bank from November 1992 to May 2020, including Vice President Bank Manager, Retail Relationship Banking Officer, Operations Manager, Personal Banking Officer, and Customer Service Representative. Pamela's professional journey is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership from Wisconsin Lutheran College, completed in 2015, and previous education at Alverno College.
