Tucker Bartlett is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial lending and real estate development. Currently serving as Executive Vice-President at Self-Help since May 2010, Tucker manages various lending teams and real estate development initiatives. Prior to this role, Tucker held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Scientific Properties, leading a significant renovation project of a historic textile mill into a vibrant mixed-use development. Earlier experiences include serving as Director of Real Estate Development and Lending at Self-Help Credit Union, where Tucker oversaw a substantial commercial real estate portfolio and managed a large loan portfolio in low-income areas. Tucker began the career as a Small Business Development Specialist with the Peace Corps and gained foundational financial skills as a Financial Analyst at NationsBank. Tucker holds an MBA/MRP in Business and Economic Development and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies/Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
