Andrea Barnier

Andrea Barnier is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in asset management and program administration. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Management Specialist and formerly holding positions including Assistant Program Director and Manager of Housing Rehabilitation at Self-Help Enterprises since May 2008, Andrea has developed a robust skill set in housing programs and rehabilitation projects. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Supervisor and Senior Teller at Washington Mutual Bank from 2001 to 2008. Andrea holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Sonoma State University.
