Sara Luquin Mpa

Sara Luquin, MPA, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community development and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Community Development Specialist at Self-Help Enterprises since June 2018, Sara implements outreach strategies for underserved populations and supports county-wide initiatives to address drinking water and wastewater disparities. Previous roles include Program Director at ProYouth Expanded Learning, where Sara managed an afterschool program for 500 high school students, and at WOODLAKE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, where Sara executed a Victim Witness Program. With prior experience at The Wonderful Company managing a significant grant initiative, Valley Humane Society organizing volunteer training, and various other roles advocating for marginalized communities, Sara holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Saint Mary's College of California.
