Christine Gerasta

Christine Gerasta, MBA, CRCM, currently serves as the VP of Regulatory Compliance at Self Financial, Inc., where leadership of a team of six compliance professionals focuses on enhancing compliance program elements and supporting business growth while ensuring consumer protection and regulatory adherence. As the founder of FINISH + FIND, LLC, Christine specializes in furniture upcycling and vintage home decor resale. Previously, as Director of Compliance Operations at Discover Financial Services, Christine was instrumental in advancing the Compliance Risk Monitoring Program and enhancing governance frameworks. Christine also held multiple roles at Discover, including building a compliance team for consumer loan products and leading advisory services on various compliance risks. Prior experience includes senior compliance leadership at Citi for significant retail portfolios and project management roles at Orchard First Source Capital, Inc. and Household International. Christine holds an MBA with distinction from DePaul University and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
