Santhosh Prasad has worked in various roles in the corporate world since 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Management Trainee for Nature Fresh Group Pvt Ltd, where they performed market research and competitor analysis to study the market trend, identified trends and recommended proactive measures to manage the business situations in response to the competitor moves, and analyzed company reports under supervision to analyst sales, gross profit and inventory activity. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Strategy & Operations Manager at Nature Fresh. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Strategy & Growth Consultant at ADAM Global | Dubai Business Advisors, where they strengthened promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and boost sales, achieving 125% of the annual sales target, and developed a loyal and highly satisfied customer base through proactive management of team customer service strategies. Since 2018, they have been a Corporate Strategy & Growth Partnership (GCC | USA | UK | EU) at Pinewoods Technology Services (Selfdrive.ae), where they are responsible for market evaluation (new & existing geographies) for global expansion & diversification, leading the business strategy formulation for the organization, and supporting business groups (content, product, marketing, technology) with analysis/ research for decision making.

Santhosh Prasad obtained their Higher Secondary degree from SAI MAT in the field of Biology/Biological Sciences, General in the years 2006-2008. Santhosh then obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Vellore Institute of Technology in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in the years 2008-2012. In 2012-2013, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Hult International Business School Dubai in the fields of International Business, Marketing, and Change Management. In October 2022, they obtained a Digital Marketing Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
