María del Mar Rodríguez Cardona has held various roles in their work experience. María del Mar started their career at GroupM in 2017, where they were initially a Trainee before becoming a Bidding Platform Assistant. In this role, they implemented and managed digital strategies for clients such as BBVA, Huawei, Alquería, Mercedes Benz, and Scotiabank.

In 2018, María joined Rappi as a Regional Performance Specialist, responsible for driving performance in Latin America. María del Mar later became a Growth Lead for Facebook and then transitioned into a Project Lead role. María del Mar'sfinal role at Rappi was as Regional Performance Lead.

In 2020, María moved to Superfüds, where they started as an Acquisition Manager before being promoted to a Growth Manager position. María del Mar eventually became a Product Owner, overseeing product development.

Most recently, María joined Selia in 2022 as the Head of Growth, and they will assume the role of Head of Marketing in March 2023.

María del Mar Rodríguez Cardona pursued their education at the Universidad Sergio Arboleda from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they completed a degree in Communication and Journalism, with a focus on studies related to communication and media.
