As Executive Vice President, Chris leads the firm’s office leasing and development, with a concentration on activating Selig’s intown Atlanta sites with high density projects. His current efforts focus on the development and leasing of 1105 West Peachtree, which at 675,000 square feet, is Atlanta’s largest office building currently under construction. Chris also sits on the firm’s investment committee and focuses a substantial amount of time on community and civic engagement.
Chris came to Selig in 2018, after 11 years with Tishman Speyer, where he was the Atlanta Managing Director, overseeing the firm’s regional activities. Most recently, he was responsible for the development, leasing and sale of Three Alliance Center, a 500,000-square-foot, trophy office development which set an Atlanta sales record.
Chris is passionate about his involvement in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of Invest Atlanta, Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), Central Atlanta Progress, WorkSource Atlanta, the AR-PAC Board of Trustees, as well as the Advisory Board of the Alliance Theatre. In 2017, he graduated Leadership Atlanta and remains actively involved. In 2015, he was named one of Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 under 40 and is consistently recognized by the publication as a Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate as well as a Top Producer.
Chris earned his BBA from the University of Georgia and his MBA in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University.
