Jerel Cooper

Jerel Cooper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and sales. Currently serving as Property Manager at Selig Enterprises, Inc. since February 2022, Jerel previously held the role of Commercial Property Manager at Core Property Capital from November 2005 to January 2022, where responsibilities included the strategic identification of commercial real estate opportunities and overseeing transactions exceeding $950 million.
