Tomer Serero

Tomer Serero has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tomer most recently served as the VP Product (Digital) at Selina starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of product Core Systems at Selina from October 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Selina, Tomer worked at OSR Enterprises AG, where they held positions such as COO (OSR R&D Israel) from June 2018 to October 2021 and Head Of R&D Projects from June 2017 to June 2018.

Tomer also worked as the VP Product at ORTTech from October 2015 to June 2017.

In addition to their experience in the tech industry, Tomer has a background in the defense sector. Tomer served as a Battalion commander, Lieutenant Colonel in the Israel Defense Forces from February 2010 to May 2015, where they were responsible for 500 soldiers and carried out security training missions.

Before that, Tomer gained experience in the telecommunications industry as a Senior Program Manager and various leadership roles at Comverse from March 2006 to October 2015.

Tomer Serero completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2005. Tomer then pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Ben Gurion University, which they completed in 2007.
