Andrea Tessera has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Andrea started their career as the Chief Marketing Officer at Liberty Global, where they were responsible for managing the digital TV business and strengthening international partnerships. Andrea then served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Discovery Inc, overseeing the launch of new channels and representing the brand in Italy. Andrea also worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Librerie Feltrinelli, where they directed multiple departments and managed the online businesses. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Digital Officer at Editoriale Domus, where they developed digital strategies and expanded customer base. Andrea also worked as the Global Chief Marketing Officer at McIntosh Group Inc, leading marketing efforts for various audio brands. Andrea later joined finleap as the Vice President of Marketing and Product Design, managing product development and leading a team of top talents. Andrea has also served as a board member and CMO at 24 Ore Business School and as a mentor and venture capital advisor at Startup Geeks. Currently, they serve as the Chief Innovation Officer at Banca Sella, focusing on advancing innovation and driving cultural transformation within the company. Andrea is also a member of the Board of Directors at Banca AideXa, a fintech bank.

Andrea Tessera attended IESE Business School from 2012 to 2013 and obtained a degree in Digital Strategies from the school's AMP program in New York City. In addition, Andrea obtained several certifications in various subjects, including Resilient Leadership from Harvard University in 2022, and Global Strategy, Entrepreneurship Foundations, Marketing to Humans, Brand and Marketing Integration, Cert Prep: Certified Scrum Master, and Leading a Marketing Team from London Business School in 2019.
