Monica Altea has a strong background in the banking and financial industry. Monica is currently working as the Head of Commercial Offer at Banca Sella, where they oversee the business issuing and consumer & business issuing departments. Prior to this role, they worked at Smartika Spa as the Chief Product & Marketing Officer. In addition, Monica worked at ING Italia as the Head of Consumer Lending Products, where they led projects to develop a full digital process for personal loans. Before that, Monica held various positions at CheBanca! S.p.A and Banco Popolare, where they were responsible for daily banking, mobile payments, personal loans, credit cards, and insurance products.
