Valerio Cicco

Valerio Cicco is currently the Head of AI Strategy, DLT & Digital Assets and Co-Head of DLT & Digital Assets at Banca Sella, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, Valerio served as Executive Assistant to the Group CEO at Sella from November 2018 to October 2022, overseeing projects such as the "Transition to OKR" and the "Banca Sella Holding Identity" change management initiative. Experience includes roles as Special Project Manager at Axerve and involvement in M&A scouting and strategic planning, alongside business development roles at payleven, now SumUp, focusing on expanding distribution channels in Italy. Valerio holds a Double Degree in International Management from Università Bocconi and Fudan University and has completed an exchange program at McGill University.
