Sara Erbetta has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Sara began their career as a Project Assistant at Danone Group in 1999 before moving on to work as an Account Executive at Consodata from 2000 to 2001. Sara then joined Porsche Italia S.p.A., where they held positions as CRM Manager and Marketing & Communication and Dealer Marketing, contributing to the company's sales growth and brand positioning. In 2007, they transitioned to Philips Consumer Lifestyle as the Marketing and Communication Manager for the Italy region, followed by a promotion to Senior Global Marketing and Communication Manager for the BU Coffee division. During their time at Philips, they successfully repositioned the Saeco brand and increased market penetration. Erbetta joined Whirlpool Corporation in 2013 as the Global Brand Director for Hotpoint and Global Marketing Director for Indesit. Here, they developed brand strategies, led global marketing activities, and managed brand integrations after the Indesit acquisition. Sara then became the Global Commercial Marketing Director for the Laundry division, where they improved business profitability. From 2015 to 2018, Erbetta served as the General Manager at Valcucine, leading a successful turnaround strategy and international business development. Most recently, they held the role of Group Sales Operations and Supply Chain Director at Selle Royal Group, overseeing various global brands, categories, channels, and production models. Sara led cross-functional change management and digital transformation projects in addition to managing key operational functions such as customer service, demand planning, procurement, and warehousing. At Brooks England, a subsidiary of Selle Royal Group, they served as the Director, implementing a successful brand refocus and re-launch strategy.

Sara Erbetta received a Master's degree in Economics from Università Bocconi between 1994 and 1999. In 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia. Additionally, they hold certifications in Certified Innovation Manager and Certified Temporary Manager from RINA, obtained in 2020 and 2019 respectively.
