Many at Sellen wouldn’t be surprised to hear Jennifer describe herself as a “cheerleader at heart,” but they may be surprised to learn that she served in the army for four years. It was there that she learned about teamwork, integrity and loyalty – traits that clearly come through in her work every day. Jennifer is focused on supporting not only the project teams but also the career development of her own team. In fact, multiple people who began under Jennifer as a receptionist have transitioned into other departments and project support roles, including field engineer and field coordinator.
