Qasim shahbaz

Qasim Shahbaz has a wealth of experience in supply chain management, ecommerce, business development, and customer service. Qasim began their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Specialist at Ufone. In 2009, they worked as a Research Assistant at Synovate, where they conducted research on business expansion in Latin America and Asia Pacific. In 2010, they joined Crescent Bahuman Ltd as an Assistant Manager of Supply Chain and Logistics. From 2012 to 2016, they were employed at Walmart, where they held various roles such as Manager of Demand Planning and Forecasting, Senior Replenishment Analyst, and Replenishment Analyst. During this time, they were responsible for demand planning and forecasting, inventory management, supplier efficiency, and price evaluation. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Business Development and Supply Chain Consultant at IFC - International Finance Corporation. Most recently, they have worked as an Ecommerce/FBA Supply Chain Consultant at Gentle Living and an Ecommerce Consultant at eWhale.co, and is currently the Head of Supply Chain Management at SellerPlex.

Qasim Shahbaz completed their Masters of Science in Logistics & Supply Chain from UCSI in 2010. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) between 2004 and 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from various institutions such as the Institute of Digital Marketing Pakistan, Gallup, Walmart, and Harvard Business School. These certifications include Advance Digital Marketing (2019), Strength Finder (2014), Walton Institute (2013), and Goal Setting (2013).
