Shawn Necaise

Shawn Necaise, PMP/ISD, currently serves as an LC Program Analyst II at Sellers & Associates, LLC, focusing on gap analysis and Business Case Analysis for Naval rating developmental paths. Prior to this role, Shawn held the position of Instructional Specialist with the Submarine Learning Center - Kings Bay, where responsibilities included curriculum guidance and instructor support for over 40 courses. Experience also includes management of curriculum development for the Surface Warfare Officer School at A. Harold & Associates, LLC, and serving as Program Manager and Chief Instructor for advanced firefighting courses at the Center for Naval Engineering. Additional roles within the U.S. Navy involved leadership in training and personnel supervision, complemented by educational achievements that include a Master of Science in Adult Education and Curriculum Design from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
