Michelle Smith

Michelle Smith is the administrative assistant and receptionist at Sellers Construction. Michelle has also co-owned Smith Properties and Pacific Crest Aviation Inc.

Smith Properties is a company that owns and operates multiple rental houses in Big Bear, Ca. Michelle was in charge of promoting and leasing the rental houses, as well as notices, accounting, and scheduling for short and long term rentals. Michelle also had to maintain a constant relationship with residents from move in to move out, and make repairs from property damage including electrical, plumbing, and structural damage.

Pacific Crest Aviation Inc is a charter facility that offers a comprehensive range of services year round in Big Bear, California. Michelle was the office manager and they were in charge of maintaining the government contracts with the US Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management. Michelle also had to purchase pilot supplies including fuel, parts, and other supplies for daily operations. In addition, they scheduled aircraft pilots and passengers for charter and maintained close relationships with contract maintenance and FAA Airworthiness issues.

Michelle Smith has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts from the University of Phoenix. Michelle is certified by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission in Alcohol Seller Training Certification, the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals in Manager Food Safety Certification, and the Federal Aviation Administration in Private Aircraft Pilot.

Their manager is Rader Sellers, President & Owner. They are on a team with Mike Nixon - Vice President/Business Development, Adam Blakely - CFO, and Kim Pruitt - Director of Administration.
