Jen Swails

Jen Swails has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Jen is currently working at Sellers Dorsey as a Managing Director. Prior to that, they held the position of Director at the same company. Before joining Sellers Dorsey, they owned their own business called Swails Accounting Services. Jen has also served as the Secretary of the Budget for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and held various roles in the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and the Governors Budget Office. Jen started their career as a Budget Analyst for the Senate of PA and later worked as a Budget Analyst for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Jen Swails has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Capital College at Pennsylvania State University. Jen also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
