Cécile Montera has worked in a variety of positions since 2011. Cécile began their career at EDF as a Team Leader before moving to Stream Global Services as a Team Manager Operations in 2012. In 2013, they became the EMEA Customer Service Team Leader at Oliver Peoples, followed by a role as Customer Service Manager at DITA EYEWEAR in 2014. In 2015, they held positions at Facebook and Colt Technology Services as a Customer Services Team Leader and Technical Customer Support Team Leader, respectively. Cécile then moved to Roundten in 2017 as the Head of Customer Care, responsible for customer service, reporting, event organization, sales support and coordinating with accountancy, IT, logistics, etc. In 2020, they became the Customer Care Manager at Amenitiz, followed by a role as Head of Customer Care at Uniquen in 2021. Currently, they are the Manager CSM Care & API at Sellsy.

Cécile Montera obtained a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Havre between 2000 and 2006. Cécile also earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Leeds Beckett University between 2003 and 2004. Additionally, in April 2021, they obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Lean from Leanscape - Lean Consultancy and Global Training.
