Rida Dahnaoui is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Maître d’hôtel at Selman Marrakech since June 2022, Rida previously held the position of Head Waiter at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from March to June 2022. Prior experience includes a Captain role at Royal Mansour Marrakech (September 2014 - March 2022), where responsibilities encompassed service management and customer relations, and a Butler position in room service at Kenzi Menara Palace Marrakech from April 2012 to August 2014. Rida holds various certifications in oenology, food safety, and hospitality management, including qualifications from SELMAN Hotel and the Royal Mansour Academy.
