Charlène GOUGES has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as an Export Sales Assistant at Legrand. Charlène then moved on to work as an Export Sales Assistant at LEROY SOMER - GROUPE EMERSON ELECTRIC, where they handled various responsibilities such as managing payment modes, trade compliance, credit documentary, invoicing, and dispute resolution.

In 2009, they became a Business Owner at NEWLINK INTERNATIONAL until 2012. Charlène then joined BACARDI MARTINI as an Export Sales Assistant for a year. From 2014 to 2015, Charlène worked as a Procurement Assistant at Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët.

Following their parental leave in 2020, they joined SELP as the Head of Reselling Account Management, overseeing key customer support and managing reselling accounts.

Charlène Gouges has an education history that includes multiple degrees and areas of study. In 2013, Charlène Gouges completed a program at the Centre de formation de la Chambre de Commerce de Bordeaux, receiving a degree in Gestionnaire Commerciale Vins & Spiritueux.
