Mohammed El Sebaey has a diverse and successful work experience. Mohammed started their career as a Senior Quality & Training Officer at Cupola Teleservices (CTS) in 2006, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined Cupola Plastic Cards Limited as a Sales Manager for Smart Cards Payment & Telecom. During their time at Cupola Plastic Cards Limited, Mohammed achieved significant milestones such as delivering outstanding performance in customer retention and increasing company business revenue by 50%.
In 2011, Mohammed joined Oberthur Card Systems as a Sales Manager for Egypt, Libya, Oman, Yemen, and Levant. Mohammed excelled in this role and was recognized as the Best Sales Manager for EMEA for three consecutive years (2012, 2013, 2014). Mohammed also demonstrated exceptional cash collection management skills in countries facing hard currency challenges. Their invoiced direct sales and revenue reached a remarkable 57%.
Recently, Mohammed worked as a Regional Sales Director at SELP, where they played a key role in establishing SELP ME FZE branch in Dubai from scratch. Mohammed successfully handled various responsibilities including obtaining trade licenses, incorporating bank accounts, and registering SELP with regulatory authorities. Mohammed also contributed to the marketing and sales of SELP's smart cards and solutions, achieving stellar figures across the region and meeting budget targets.
Mohammed El Sebaey obtained a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature from Minufiya University, specializing in the field of French Language and Literature. Mohammed pursued this degree from 1997 to 2001.
