Rafael Vial

Rafael Vial is a Project Manager currently working at Selwyn District Council since April 2023. Prior to this, Rafael worked as an Engineer/Project Manager at Frame Group Limited and as a Project Manager at Auckland Council. Rafael also has experience working as a Project Engineer at Stellar Projects Ltd. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Univale and has completed a Foreign Exchange Program in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Colorado State University. Additionally, Rafael holds a Diploma in Applied Business in Engineering Management from NZIE.
